Pop’s will gladly issue a refund less the 15% cancellation fee, on all unassembled furniture orders cancelled prior to shipment. Customers canceling their order after shipment will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred by Pop's in addition to the 15% cancellation fee.

Since the items you purchase from Pop's are made to order, all cancellations made prior to shipment are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Customers canceling their order after shipment will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred by Pop's in addition to the 15% cancellation fee.
In the unlikely event you would like to cancel your order you must notify us in writing at Pop’s Customer Service. You will receive a Cancellation Confirmation email with your confirmation number. Please note, no verbal cancellations will be accepted.
IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION:
In the unlikely event you would like to Return your order, you must notify us in writing at Pop’s Customer Service or via confirmed fax. You will receive via email a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Pop’s will NOT accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Returns are subject to all actual shipping costs incurred by Pop's plus a 15% cancellation fee. You will be contacted with further instructions on how to prepare your return.
