Receiving Your Furniture


When Your Delivery Arrives:

Your order will be shipped UPS, FedEx, or Common Carrier. When your order is shipped via Common Carrier it should arrive at your home in approximately five to seven business days after leaving one of our warehouses. The Common Carrier will typically contact you in advance to schedule your delivery time and date. Your order will be delivered to the CURBSIDE of your residence.

If no one is at your home for your scheduled delivery, you will incur a minimum re-delivery charge of $75.00 for every missed appointment. Please be sure to have someone present to receive your delivery during the time window the delivery service has provided you. If your home is not accessible to the delivery truck, we will assist in arranging for the transport of your merchandise to the nearest accessible point and it will be your responsibility to provide a means of transportation from the truck to your home.

In the Event of Damage or Defects:

BEFORE you sign the delivery receipt, it is your right to inspect the packaging and contents immediately for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for the packaging to show some wear. If you discover concealed damage after the driver leaves and you have signed the delivery receipt, you MUST notify us by e-mail at Pop's Customer Service within three (3) calendar days.

If damage is not noted at time of delivery you may face significant delays and additional expense to correct the damage. By inspecting your order and noting any damage at the time of delivery the problem will be corrected at no additional expense to you. NOTE: It is your responsibility to note on your signed delivery copy any damage or defects with your furniture at the time of delivery. In the event your furniture needs replacement part(s) due to either a manufacturer’s defect or freight damage, Pop’s will send you replacement part(s) at no additional expense. If replacement parts are unavailable, Pop’s will gladly refund your purchase in full. Please call us for assistance.
