Email #1: Pop’s sends to every customer an immediate Order Acknowledgment stating that we have received and are processing your order.
Email #2: You will receive an Order Confirmation with the estimated shipping time once we have checked stock and confirmed availability.
Please note that the estimated shipping time indicated in this email will remain unchanged and is based on the date of this email until your order has been shipped. For example, if the estimated shipping time is “one week,” the Current Status Link provided in this email will always show “one week” until your order ships and you receive email #3.
Although we replenish our inventory weekly, on occasion we experience a manufacturer back-order. This email will inform you of the manufacturer’s delay and supply you with an expected delivery date. When this occurs Pop's will not charge your credit card until your order has been processed for shipment.
Email #3: Once your order has shipped you will receive this email with the updated Current Status Link. This will provide you with Carrier information and your tracking number(s). For UPS and FedEx deliveries simply click on the Track Shipment Link. For all orders that require special Carriers, simply follow the tracking information provided.
