What products are available online?A full range of Pop's Furniture products are available online including bedroom, dining, living, kitchen decorative accessories and more. Most items are readily available, however sometimes we have to replenish our inventory. Please call our sales staff for specific lead times at (888)-838-0707.
Do
you have a catalog?At this time we do not have a print catalog available. All available items are shown online.

be adding more items to your website?We are continually receiving updates from the manufacturers that we deal with showing new items. We strive to keep our web site as up to date as possible with new items being added all the time. Is there a limit or minimum I need to place an order?No, there are no limitations on items or
minimums to order with us.
Do you price match or give larger quantity discounts?We try to be as up to date and price competitive as possible, if you see something that you like on another web site for less, please contact us so that we can check into this. What information do you need during the order process?When you order we will need the following information in order to process and fill your order: Customer Name, Bill to and Ship to address, e-mail address, daytime telephone number and credit card number and expiration date. Pop's Furniture will not sell your personal information to anyone.
What is your privacy policy?Pop’s Unfinished Furniture is committed to our customer's privacy. This site is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! Hosts the store pages, ordering system and order data. Yahoo! automatically collects order nformation but only uses this information in the aggregate. Please see the Yahoo Privacy Policy for more information about how Yahoo! uses this information.
Will I be charged sales tax if I order online?That depends where you want the order to be shipped. Since Pop's Unfinished Furniture is based in California, any order shipped to a California address will be charged the current sales tax rate, which is 8.25%. On the other hand, if your order is shipped to an address outside of California you do not pay any sales tax.
Will Pop's Furniture send an order confirmation via e-mail?Yes. Please provide your email address when placing an order, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 business hours. Tracking information will also be sent once your order has shipped.
Can you finish the items for me?Yes, we can. For additional charges we can stain, paint crackle and distress your furniture. Click here to view the custom finish choices and our cost breakdown.
Can you customize the furniture for me?Some items can be customized. Please call our sales staff at (888)-838-0707 to see if modification is available on the item that you are interested in.
Are the finish colors accurate?We do our best to accurately show the finish colors of each piece we carry, however colors can vary be personal perceptions, monitor
type and age, video card differences and printing variations.
Can you send out color/fabric samples?We do have many color and fabric samples available. Once an order has been placed we can send
up to 3 samples at a time. Please note we do not stock all samples but we can advise if the ones that you are requesting are available at the time of your order. Please call (888)-838-0707 to place an order and request samples.
How do I finish my own furniture?Finishing your own furniture is creative and fun! Click here for some tips on finishing your furniture.
Can you assemble the items for me?We can assemble the items prior to shipment. All fully assembled flat rate fees would apply if this is done. Cost varies piece by piece for assembly, so please call our sales staff at (888)-838-0707 to find
out the cost of assembly on a particular item.
Do you offer a wholesale program?At this time we do not offer wholesale pricing, all prices would be retail as shown on line.
How can I cancel my order?All cancellation requests, must be submitted in writing and will require a comfirmation cancellation number. This will confirm that your items have not shipped. What happens if I receive damaged merchandise?In Home Delivery: In the event of any damages upon delivery using the premier in home delivery service, you MUST refuse delivery on the damaged item and note the damage on the delivery receipt. Contact our customer service team at (888)-838-0707 to advise and fill out a damage claim form. If all of the above is done, then the order will be processed for replacement. Not noting and refusing damaged items can cause significant delay to
processing your damage claim.
Curbside Service Delivery – Assembled Items: In the event of any damages upon delivery using the curbside assembled delivery service, you MUST refuse delivery on the damaged item and note the damage on the delivery receipt. UPS/Curbside Delivery – Unassembled
Items: In the event of any damages upon delivery using the curbside un assembled delivery service or UPS, you MUST contact us within 3 business days to report damaged or missing parts to your items. When available replacement parts will be sent out to the correct problem. When parts are not available replacements will be sent out as long as the damages are reported within that time frame. Contact our customer
service team at (888)-838-0707 and they will advise how the situation will be remedied. Not phoning to report damage within this time frame on damaged items can cause
significant delay to processing your damage claim.
Your website says "Free Shipping", please explain your free shipping policy.All items that are currently running with our free shipping offers will be flagged on the item page and state “free shipping”, not all items qualify. There are some lines that run free shipping offers with minimum purchases as well, those lines will be marked on the manufacturing line page and note what the minimum is to achieve the free shipping offer.
Can I get Overnight or Two-day shipping?Sure, if the item that you are ordering is in stock and can be shipped out immediately then we
can request quotes on those items to ship via overnight, two or three day delivery. In these cases you will be charged EXACT freight based on the item(s), ship to state and zip code.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?All estimated lead times are noted on the
items on our web site. We will ship all items within that time frame or notify you of any backorders. Once an order is placed you will be provided with an estimated ship
date. Please note that this is the ship date estimate we cannot guarantee that the item will leave on this date, and this is not a delivery by date, this is only the date that we can give as an estimate to leave our warehouse location. Transit times range between 2 – 30 business days depending on the items ordered and the transport companies that are available to deliver your items.
What happens if I am not home when my furniture arrives?UPS & some of the curbside companies do not typically call to schedule an appointment and will leave or tag your door for re-delivery if you are not home. If there are any problems after you have received your items, please call us at (888)-838-0707. All optional Premier In-Home delivery upgrade services will have scheduled appointment times for delivery. If you schedule an appointment and miss that time, you will be billed for re-delivery.
What happens if my furniture arrives and cannot fit into my home?All dimensions are listed on line. Please make sure prior to ordering that the furniture will be able to fit through all doors, stairways, hallways, etc. Once the order has shipped, if the furniture will not fit, it can be returned, however all applicable freight charges and re-stocking fees will apply.
Is there a faster delivery srvice?Expedited shipping is available on some items. Please call our sales staff at (888)-838-0707 to find out if the item(s) that you are
interested in can be expedited and what the charges would be to do so if available.
Do you offer a Guarantee Policy? / Can I return an item?Yes we do and its simple, if you for any reason are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of
receipt and receive a complete refund, no questions asked. (Please note on unassembled items, no assembly can be attempted). We will credit your credit card. The item must be in its original condition for a full refund. All items returned will incur a 15% restocking fee, no exception, plus all shipping charges are the responsibility of the
purchaser or the person who is returning the item. **NOTE: Every piece of Rustic Furniture is handmade and unique to give a one of a kind look. Imperfections may exist
in appearance, texture, size and/or finish. Plus, the color shade of each piece may have slight variation, because they are made with natural products applied by artisans. Normal cracking of your kiln-dried furniture adds to the handcrafted beauty and uniqueness of the piece, so it may not be considered a reason for return. Our manufacturers may use wormwood at their discretion to further enhance the rustic appearance. If you have any questions, please call us toll free. Please inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery. If damages are observed, point them out to your delivery person. A complete description of all damages should be noted on your delivery invoice so we can replace the merchandise in a timely manner.

How is sales tax charged?We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax for sales and deliveries within California.

Can orders be shipped to a P.O.
Box?No. We can only ship to ship to a valid physical street address.

Can I use my own delivery service?Yes, however, once the items have left our warehouse with your shipping company we can no longer be responsible for any damages.
What is Premium In-Home Delivery and which items qualify?Items that are fully assembled are delivered by our Premier In-Home
Delivery Upgrade Service. With Premier In-Home Delivery, the item is brought into your home (our service includes up two flights of stairs), unpacked and assembled, and packaging is removed. Delivery is by appointment, Monday-Friday; our delivery service will contact you to arrange a day. Available in the contiguous 48 states only. (We're sorry, but only items that are fully assembled may be sent via Premier In-Home Delivery.)
How can I track my order?Once your order has shipped we will e mail all tracking information to you if available. Please note with the in home service transit tracking is not available. You can always call our customer service staff at (888)-838-0707 and they can assist you in tracking your order.

If I decide to order with Pop's Furniture, when will my credit card be charged?Your credit card will not be charged until your items are in and preparing for shipment. The exception to this is any order that involves custom finish or custom modification pieces. In those exceptions your credit card will be charged in full once the order is approved.
